The following is a list of the events we have planned for the future here at The Gaming Galaxy, Inc. Hopefully this list will be more extensive than the standard list you see in the marquee on the main page. For more information on each item, click on it you will be taken to the appropriate information further down in the page.

Lock-In:
Lock-ins are 12-hour parties we do approximately once a month from 10pm on a Friday night to 10am on a Saturday night. We try to release the dates of the next one as soon as we possibly can. Watch the news, forums, and this page for annoucements on our lock-ins.

8-hour pass:
8-hour passes are also approximately once a month and generally coincide with days off school for the Boyertown School District. If you would like 8-hour passes scheduled for your school's days off too, just drop us an email. 8-hour passes run from 12 noon to 8 pm and are similar to a lock-in. The time is not added to your account, it is rather unlimited time for that 8 hour period.

Showcase and Premieres:
Showcases are a chance for gamers to try out a new game. The software is supplied to The Gaming Galaxy, Inc. in limited quantities and for a specific duration, players can come in and try out the game for one hour for FREE! After that time is over, the software will continue to remain on our PC's and available for anyone to play any time they want. Showcases and details are typically listed in our forums.

Premieres are special events that takes place on one or two days around the specified date and players are immersed in a new game for a set period of time to test out and experience the different aspects of the game. Some premieres are accompanied by door prizes, surveys, demo CD's, posters, and more. The promotional materials are provided by iGames and the software company. iGames signup is often required with Premiere events. The purpose of these events is to allow software companies to receive feedback on their titles to improve them for the future, if possible. In exchange The Gaming Galaxy receives additional copies of the game and the players receive the discounted time and prizes, etc.
